Benefits and drawbacks
Electronic cigarettes are an electric device that heats up flavored e-juice to produce vapor that you then inhale. These products are becoming ever more popular among many smokers who want to quit the hazardous habit of smoking. The thing is, they don’t really work. For example, many flavoured gums claim to be able to help you quit, but they do not reduce the level of nicotine in your system.
The second major problem associated with vapes and vapers is they create a lot of waste, both from nicotine and from gums. Smokers who try to quit via this method will often have problems with depression, anxiety and weight gain. The electric cigarettes market therefore has a lot to worry about. There is a lot of evidence linking the electric cigarettes and heart disease, and today the Who’s telling everyone to stay away from them.
As well as all the known health risks, there are also many disadvantages to smoking. For example, those who have a lot of health issues will find that their conditions worsen when they start smoking.
